**Nicholas Bernhard** has been published in Yellow Scene, the Colorado Sun, the Saguache Crescent, and Tiny Frights. His work has been featured on Software Agents HQ. His documentary *Blackstone's Equation: The Tim Masters Story*, was screened at the American Documentary Film Festival, and at law schools and movie theaters across the country. When he isn't developing ebook software or arguing with his fellow writers, Nicholas collects typewriters and retro computers, and plays piano.
